Hello exhibitors,

Once again it is time to start preparing for the Region V VPP Conference.

This year’s conference will be held at the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel. In 2011, the conference held in Cincinnati drew more than 500 attendees and 40 exhibitors to the 23^rd Annual VPPPA Chapter Conference.

Door Prizes

We request that each vendor bring a door prize that we will raffle off with recognition to your company.  Examples of past door prizes include, gift certificates, vendor products, hats, shirts, coats,  iPods’, etc.  

For those who sponsor and donate items for door prizes, your organization will be recognized throughout the event.

In order to maximize your interaction with conference attendees the Region V Board is implementing suggestions from past conferences. This includes a Welcome Reception, Exhibitor Punch Card and raffles during breaks in exhibitor area to name a few.

Sponsorship Opportunities are available.

Additional advertising opportunities are available through our special Corporate Sponsorship of the conference.  Sponsorship Levels are as follows:

            Platinum:           $10,000 and above

            Gold:                $5,000 to $9,999

            Silver:               $2,500 to $4,999

            Bronze:             $1,000 to $2,499

            Contributor:      Other

Sponsorship doesn’t have to be in the form of a monetary donation.  Would your organization like to donate items for the conference attendee bags?  We are looking for items such as cups, ID Lanyards, notebooks, etc.

Your company name, logo, and the level of sponsorship will be provided to all attendees and will be prominently displayed at all the Opening and General Session events.  Please contact for more information.

The Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association (VPPPA), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, is a leader in safety, health and environmental excellence through cooperative efforts among labor, management and government. As part of its efforts to share the benefits of cooperative programs, the VPPPA works closely with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), OSHA state-plan-states, the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the development and implementation of cooperative programs within the agencies. VPPPA members include over 1,400 companies and worksites that are involved in or in the process of applying to OSHA's or DOE's Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) and government agencies that are developing or implementing cooperative recognition programs. We are excited about this year’s conference and look forward to making this years conference better than the last.
